Crisis at Christmas
aims to fight homelessness and empower people to fulfil their potential and transform their lives.
Crisis opens centres from 23 to 30 December every year. Their Christmas centres offer homeless and
vulnerably-housed people companionship at a time of year which can be particularly lonely for those
without a home or family.
Christian Aid is a charity
which stands with the world s poorest people to bring
poverty and injustice to an end—regardless of faith or ethnicity. For more than 60
years, Christian Aid has fought poverty, strengthened the poor, and turned hope into action.
Each year the Christ Church community collects money and supports the work of Christian Aid.
It does this in a variety of ways and supports the Christian Aid belief that 'people make
change happen'.
The Children's Society
is a national charity driven by the belief that every child deserves a good childhood.
The society provides help and understanding for those forgotten children who are unable to find
the support they need anywhere else.
