Sunday worship at Christ Church

Christ Church is a beautiful venue for celebrations and the tower bells played by accomplished parishioners provide the perfect accompaniment to such occasions.

The impressive church interior is bright and airy throughout the year, with detailed stained glass windows and fresh flowers. Those who wish to have a service at Christ Church should live in the parish or worship here regularly.

Our regular Eucharist is held at 11.15 a.m. every Sunday. In addition, at 8.00 a.m. on the first Sunday of every month we celebrate Holy Communion using the Book of Common Prayer. The first service of each month is an 'All Age Service', at which we especially welcome younger people and families with children.

After the service, please don't rush away! We meet at the back of the church for coffee, tea or squash and to get together socially.

There is a prayer table where personal devotions can be made and requests for prayers can be written in the book.
